The photo of the runway was taken shortly after grading in 2008. Some small bushes have grown in the runway since then but it is still used by the Forest Service and a few private pilots. It is a private runway and there are not any services; even the fuel station, café and tavern are all closed as of April 2015. Plans are to open some services in the future.
